about a year ago, i posted our 2nd ANNUAL INVENTION DAY photos (HERE). well here are the photos from last night’s 3rd ANNUAL INVENTION DAY event. we had a strong turn out, and a lot of great dishes. what is INVENTION DAY? it’s one of the many ‘theme events’ thrown annually by my friends. the goal is to ‘create/invent’ a new food dish. this can be as simple as a mash-up of two favorite foods or as crazy as a multi-food fusion creation. enjoy!

now that the 2010 LEG AVENUE catalogs are out, i’m allowed to post up these images and share some of the photos with you guys. thought it would be fun to show you sort of a quick behind the scenes look into our shoot. below is a youtube clip that shows you just a glimpse of the shoot session. notice the set is staged and ready for the MAD TEA PARTY shots. we also rented “Pirates Adventure” in Buena Park, CA to do all our pirate themed shots. anyways… here are just some of the thumbnails/storyboards and the final image from the conceptual stages to the final print ready image!
