about a year ago, i posted our 2nd ANNUAL INVENTION DAY photos (HERE). well here are the photos from last night’s 3rd ANNUAL INVENTION DAY event. we had a strong turn out, and a lot of great dishes. what is INVENTION DAY? it’s one of the many ‘theme events’ thrown annually by my friends. the goal is to ‘create/invent’ a new food dish. this can be as simple as a mash-up of two favorite foods or as crazy as a multi-food fusion creation. enjoy!
